Guinness Super league: Vision Sports, ready to welcome new partners, sponsors
By Martial Gnoukapasi
The president of lone female North West elite 1 football club, Vision Sports, has announced he's available to discuss partnership and sponsorship deals with those willing to stand by him in realizing the vision and objectives of the club.
The club's owner Jephter Pase made this information known to the media in Bamenda Thursday April 14th at a press conference organized to discuss the club's readiness for the 2022 Guinness super league football season.
A conference in which the team's new signings for the season, Coach and members of the technical bench, innovations as well as the official Home and Away sporting kits for the club this season were also presented.
"I've been running the team alone since registration in 2015. This club is not for me alone and I don't want to run it alone. I'm ready for partnership and sponsorship. The elite of this region should ceased this opportunity and push the team for the glory of this region" Mr Jephter said.
Responding to Nji Nelson, a reporter for online sports portal kick442.com on the contracts binding the old and new players to the club, the president said the players are very much comfortable with their laid-down terms and conditions of play.
An assertion the team's captain Cassandra Forsuh confirmed with the below quote
" We are fully motivated by what has been done to us so far by this club . The team is a family and we've been playing as a family. At first we played football for virtually nothing but now we have a monthly salary of fcfa100,000 that helps us alot with studies. A big thanks to Guinness Cameroon, Samuel Eto'o and the federation for boasting this spirit of sportsmanship in women" she said
Tactically speaking the head coach Kuaban Festus said "i just want to win any of the top 3 prizes this season and why not highest goal scorer and best player; year before last we ended 8th, last year we were 6th on the official ranking. We won't finish 4th this season"
Coach Kuaban is confident to achieve this following the training schedule he's engaged the girls with, since the end of last season.
" we've gone to work with the 12 new recruits, trying to right the wrongs and challenges of last season. It's going to be very competitive season and we want to win more than the fair-play prize we backed home last year for discipline" he added.
