NW/SW Reconstruction: NGODECA President Suggests A Pact Between Fons And Seperatists

NGODECA President Speaking The president of the Ngoketungia Development and Cultural Association (NGODECA) Gabsa sixtus, has suggested for the Fons to move back to their respective villages and conduct traditional rituals for the cleansing of their lands. " These traditional cleansing should be accompanied by a pact between the palaces and the seperatists fighters. According to the director, patients suffering from the disease may not present with all the Symptoms that would normally take their body temperature to over 38°. ".. The health record(s) of a patient can only be made public by a doctor, nurse or any medical practitional when a patient authorizes for the patient-doctor confidentiality pact to be breached. Same oath applies for cases of the Covid-19 world over.
