NWR Assembly President, Fru Angwafo The President of the North West Regional Assembly, Professor Fru Fobuzshi Angwafo III has told participants at the the first ever North West Economic Forum, that the event isn't for speech making but to secure funding towards industrial growth of the region. The North-West Economic Forum is taking place in Bamenda under the theme: From Resilience To Renaissance: strategies for the economic transformation of the North West region". " This forum must do more than speeches. Contracts sign, projects funded and especially lives changing ", he said. He told the audience emphatically, that the blossoming of the region is not the responsibility of foreign donors or lies solely on government shoulders, but a collective efforts of sons and daughters of the North West, in and out of the country.
