Though members will be convening for the 16th time, this seating will mark the 14th ordinary session as there's been two extra-ordinary sessions in the current mandate of the people's representative at the assembly. At a media briefing, Sunday September 15, the president of the regional legislative body, professor Fru Angwafor III indicated that the session will provide an opportunity for the members, who are already 45 months gone into their 60-month mandate, to evaluate the ground covered so far.
