Girls likewise Women, menstruation is part of you. 
Infact that is what makes you a real woman.  

However always endeavor to use clean towels during menstruation and change your pat regularly.

Being stained doesn't mean you're nasty and make sure to dispose your pat carefully. That's blood from your body.

Men should equally understand that menstruation, concerns them as well, since we are talking about the dignity of our wives, sisters, female friends and mothers. 

When you dignify something you'll obviously respect it. 

We should note that menstruation is the pride of every woman and girl child.Heal

The Centre which will hence, handle emergencies and critical injuries at the regional hospital was Inaugurated Saturday October 11, by North West governor Adolph Lele Lafrique in the amidst other dignitaries. A project executed by the North West Regional Assembly with funds from the state, the centre according to the director of the Bamenda regional hospital, Denis Nsame, will go a long way to assist in the handling of critical health cases when they come. Mayor Chenwi Peter plants himself in a group photograph among Canadian dignitaries The leader of the Bamenda II municipality, mayor Chenwi Peter is currently on a working visit to Canada for the 3rd time. This is after a groundbreaking visit to Toronto in August of 2024 when he laid the grounds works for the establishment of a partnership cooperation between his council and officials of the city council of Brampton,Ontario Province. North West CPDM Youths Mobilize 7 Million FCFA in Support of President Paul Biya's 2025 Presidential Campaign

By Martial Gnoukapasir  Mayor Chenwi Peter hands 7million cash to YCPDM National President Militants of the youth wing of the ruling CPDM party in the North West region have contributed Seven million francs CFA cash, to support president Paul Biya register his candidature when the polls are called for the presidential election expected in October. This is coming amidst multiple calls within the ranks of the party in the region and beyond, for the president to seek another mandate by standing as their natural candidate in the upcoming polls.
