Covid-19: President Biya Frowns Over Gross Neglect Of Barrier Measures

The president of the republic of Cameroon Paul Biya in his traditional end of year speech this Thursday December 31st 2020, has expressed dissatisfaction over the continues neglect of the laid down measures put in place by the World Health Organization and government to curb the spread of the pandemic.
Why hoping like every other cameroonian that the pandemic will be a thing of the past, the number one man of the nation who's ruled the country for 38 years, acknowledged that the coming of the corona virus hampered greatly, the socio - economic growth of the nation.
The country, though not as hit as other nations, as the world experiences a second wave of the virus, president Paul Biya didn't hesitate to call on cameroonians to continue observing the protective measures which guarantees their individual and collective safety.
Meantime reacting to the bilingual address to the nation that wrapped up at about 8:46pm, North West governor Adolph Lele Lafrique Tchoffo Deben said;
"We can only be on the good path of Combatting the corona virus provided we continue to observe the barrier measures"
