Bamenda Pre-season Solidarity Tournament: Game day 3 results and analysis, day 4 fixtures

Matches counting for game day 3 in the Bamenda Pre-season Solidarity Tournament were in action Tuesday February 8 with Hilltop Strikers who had managed to pick up a point against elite two club side Rangers FC of Bafut in their first game, separating on another 1-1 score in their clash with top-flight club YOSA.

The academicians of Yong Sports Academy secured their first goal of the Pre-season tournament thanks to an early penalty in the first half of the game.

Rangers FC of Bafut in the second match put up an impressive performance against Bafmeng United who confronted the game with 3points under their belt.

The boys of coach Tama Wango who urged YOSA by 1-0 in their opening game did their best with their shot stopper preventing more than 7 times, balls from reaching his net in the first 45 mins of the game.

To the amusement of the spectators he managed to save an early penalty executed by Blaise Ndiforchu of Rangers FC.

The only goal of the game came in th 2nd half from Rangers FC via Vofack Bright Bassa, putting the elite two side from Bafut on top of group A with 4points on the classification table.

Elite two side Foncha street FC which is still to record a point in the competition will clash with Option Sport which suffers thesame fate at 1:pm.

The second game comes up at 3:pm and it pits Group B leaders PWD with 3pts and 3 goals to their name against Rainbow FC with same statistics.

PWD of Bamenda picked their first 3pts in a game against Option Sport which ended 3-0 last week while Rainbow FC overpowered Foncha street FC in a 3-2 win.
