Bamenda: 911 Snack Bar bags home Prime International Award for constancy in customers service

The management of 911 snack bar located few metres from city chemist towards commercial avenue in mankon, was a happy recipient of a distinction awarded the business centre Sunday April 18th 2022 for their constancy in customers service despite the crisis in the town.

Handing over the certificate of recognition accompanied by a trophy, a jury member Charles kebua, North West regional office chief for My Media Prime Television indicated that the award was coming to 911 snack bar via it's owner Mr Suh Edwin, after a sample survey conducted to ascertain businesses that were still thriving, providing excellent and quality services at same time to their customers despite the crisis.

The handing over commission members Mr Ndumbe Usman, Mokom Thomas and Emmanuel Tamanje appreciated Mr Suh Edwin for the direct and indirect employment he has created through 911 snack bar, and for maintaining these staffs despite the crisis which has seen other structures laid off workers.

They saluted management for their consistency, audacity, tenacity, resilience and hard work for keeping the center booming, providing a comfortable space for Bamenda populace to sweat off stress and trauma.

"Life should never cease from here. We thank you for the facelift you've given this place to make the Bamenda man comfortable each time they visit this centre. We thank you for putting customers services first despite the crisis" reiterated Usman

Meantime receiving the award Mr Suh Edwin said it came to him like a surprise.

He said 911 snack bar reamins a place of comfort for those who need it in Bamenda and beyond.

"I'm happy for this recognition. People have left the region and they keep asking me to run saying the town is  unstable. Run to where? I'm a son of the soil operating a business and here at 911 we see anybody that enters here as a customers we must satisfy and that's we do"

The manager of the place also lend his voice to that of his boss, saying;

"We are here to make sure people live the best life they can. We're moving forward and there's no turning back. It's a beautiful place and everyday we try it to make it more beautiful"
