Mayor Mbigha Felix receives Award from Herald Tribune Publisher Nde Richard Lajong

The award ceremony handed over to the mayor salutes his inspiring ingenuity in galvanizing the population of his municipality to beat security threats, thereby creating an enabling environment for development.

Dubbed the Herald Tribune Excellence Award " the colorful ceremony of Saturday April 29, which took place at the Club 58 premises in Bamenda, saluted hard work, sportsmanship, community movers and shakers, local development experts, entrepreneurship etc.

Worthy of note is that, mayor Mbigha Felix in his distinguished administrative style has manage to return the Bamenda I municipality to normalcy.

Hardly will one these days, hear of separatists attacks or other security challenges that had before rocked this municipality.

To also note that Mayor Mbigha Felix, few weeks back, received a standing ovation from commission charged with the follow up and execution of public investment projects in Mezam.

His council, Bamenda I, was ranked 2nd in the award and execution process of the 2023 public investment budget.

Mayor Mbigha Felix succeeded in beating Mayor Tanjong and Madam Obango Helen in this category, to back home the Herald Tribune excellence award.
