BLISS Magazine Unveils 15th Edition, Breaks New Ground with First Print Publication
By Martial Gnoukapasir
BLISS Magazine has launched its 15th edition, marking a major milestone in its journey from digital publishing to print. The event took place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at the auditorium of the North West Regional Assembly in Bamenda.
The launch was chaired by Mbingnoeh Abraham, Inspector Number One at the North West Governor’s Office, who encouraged the editorial team to continue producing quality journalism.
The 15th edition is a 120-page collector’s publication and the magazine’s first printed edition. It features Tantoh Edison Fru Ndi, Chief Executive Officer of Dreamland Connect PLC and North West Regional Delegate of the Chamber of Commerce, as its cover personality.
Speaking at the event, Publisher and Editor-in-Chief Victory Marshal Ayafor said the magazine was created to tell important stories, celebrate achievements and preserve the experiences of people whose work has made a difference in society.
According to her, the publication began with digital editions and has continued to grow through 14 previous editions. She explained that the transition to print would allow readers to keep these stories, share them with their families and pass them on to future generations.
Victory Ayafor stressed the importance of recognising people while they are still alive, rather than waiting until after their death to celebrate their achievements. She said BLISS Magazine seeks to document not only success stories but also the struggles, decisions, sacrifices and lessons behind them.
The publisher also presented the magazine as a platform for individuals, families, businesses and institutions interested in preserving their histories through personal profiles, business stories and commemorative publications.
The ceremony was attended by several guests, including Governor Adolphe Lele Lafrique, who was represented at the event by the Inspector General Number one of his office Mbingnoeh Abraham.
Another guest of honour was the representatives of the president of the North West Regional Assembly Professor Fru Fobuzshie Angwafo III, who was the Patron of the occasion.
Victory Marshal Ayafor expressed gratitude to the magazine’s team, contributors, partners and supporters for their roles in bringing the first print edition to life.
She noted that the achievement was not the end of the journey but the beginning of a new chapter for the publication.
With the launch of its first printed edition, BLISS Magazine hopes to expand its reach and establish a lasting platform for storytelling and the preservation of legacies.
